Teamwork Tune-up exercises are free training programs offered by Lord & Hogan LLC. These exercises are based on the Teams That Work model and over 25 years of field experience. One new Tune-Up! exercise is created every few months.
Dan Hogan is a CMF – Certified Master Facilitator with 30 years of human resource development experience. He founded Lord & Hogan in 1990 and has worked with organizations around the world.

For 30 years as a performance consultant, facilitator, trainer and development coach, Dan has strongly advocated that organizations deal with, instead of avoid, the reality that human interactions are as important as work processes. He has a strong commitment to positive organizational change that is reflected in his personable, yet results-oriented, consulting style.
Dan worked with 2 consulting firms for 8 yrs. before starting Lord & Hogan LLC in 1990. He has primarily worked in the following industries: oil & gas, chemical, energy, financial, engineering & construction, computer technology and utilities.
He has been instrumental in advancing the practice of behavioral change management by creating new tools like the Choice Model and Work Agreement process. Dan has also created new organizational strategies like Teams That Work – an enterprise-wide solution for implementing an organization’s strategic plan.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Behavioral Science from the University of Houston - Clear Lake. He is also a CPF – Certified Professional Facilitator accredited by the International Association of Facilitators and a CMF – Certified Master Facilitator accredited by the International Institute for Facilitation where he serves as a Board of Director.
